She has worked across various markets both overseas and in the US, including New York and Austin, serving large Fortune 500 and Fortune 50 public and private companies. Ayesha specializes in corporate governance, SOX frameworks, enterprise system integration, and high-growth process automation. She spent 13 years with PwC and, more recently, worked at SoundHound AI (Nasdaq: SOUN) in corporate finance, strategic finance, corporate accounting, and M&A due diligence. She is a Chartered Accountant and holds an active CPA license in Texas.
