Kenneth Leet

Chairman of the Board

Kenneth Leet was a Partner at Goldman Sachs in London and New York, where he played a variety of leadership roles, including leading the firm’s efforts with industrial companies, as well as its mergers & acquisitions and principal investing efforts. He served at Goldman Sachs for over 18 years. Subsequently, Leet served as President of Cerberus European Capital Advisors; President of the Pritzker Organization; Managing Director responsible for Bank of America’s banking operations in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa; and Special Advisor to the Board of Directors and member of the Leadership Committee of the Ford Motor Company.

Mr. Leet is currently the Managing Director and co-founder of Granite Ridge, LLP. In this capacity, he has led the firm’s efforts to assist many of the world’s largest industrial companies, including Ford and Siemens, with transformation, strategy, and mergers & acquisitions advice. In addition, he oversees some of Granite Ridge’s niche investment strategies.

Leet earned an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and graduated from Brown University with a degree in economics. He serves as a Trustee and member of the Investment Committee for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, the Harvard-affiliated cancer center. He is on the Board of Directors and serves as Chair of the Finance Committee for the Rush University System for Health, as well as on the Board of Governors of Rush University Medical Center. He also serves on the Advisory Board of Park Square Capital, an $18 billion London-based private credit fund manager, and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
